Basic Dental Plan

Designed for patients with healthy teeth and gums. Includes your routine preventive care for the full year — exams, cleanings, and x-rays — at one flat annual rate. No billing surprises, no annual cap.

$649/year

Periodontal Plan

Designed for patients managing periodontal disease or those who require periodontal maintenance visits. Covers the more frequent care your gum health requires under a single annual plan.

Family Discount

Additional household members may qualify for reduced plan pricing. Call us to ask about family rates.
