Do you accept my insurance or offer financing?
We accept almost all insurances and are preferred providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Tennessee and Delta Dental of Tennessee. We are also providers for MetLife, United Healthcare, Aetna, Guardian, Cigna, GEHA, Principal, Careington, and others. However, there are thousands of different insurance plans, and it is always best to check with your insurance carrier to double check your benefits.
Patients without dental insurance are always welcome as well, and we will work with you based on your financial and treatment needs.
Blue Cross/Blue Shield dental insurance is offered to employees of Eastman Chemical Company, Domtar, Sullivan County, and Washington County, among others.
Delta Dental insurance is offered to employees of BAE Systems, Eastman Credit Union, the City of Kingsport, the State of Tennessee, Jacobs Field Services, and the Johnson City Medical Center, among others.
Our insurance expert will be happy to file your claims for you and answer questions you have about copays and out-of-pocket expenses.
Financing Your Dental Care
The cost of healthcare and dental treatments is a concern for everyone. At Hagan Dentistry, we don’t want your financial status to dictate whether or not you have access to quality dental care.

Where is your office located?
Our office is conveniently located in Kingsport on Fort Henry Drive next to Bojangles and the Walmart Gas Station (Murphy). You can access the office by turning on Riverbend Drive and coming through the Dollar Tree parking lot.

Do you have emergency appointments available?
Yes!
When you have a dental emergency, you don’t want to worry about where or when you will be able to get immediate care. By nature, emergencies are unexpected, so we always leave time in our day for patients who need to see us right away.
If you or your child needs an emergency dentist, please call our Kingsport, TN dental office. A caring member of our team will respond immediately and arrange an appointment so we can see you as quickly as possible, usually the same day.
After-Hours Emergencies
Emergencies do not always occur during office hours, and we want you to know that you have a reliable option if you need assistance after hours. How often should I bring my family to the dentist?
